Every artist represented by PAL adheres to the “30% Ethics” and the core philosophy of “D(J)e-idolization”: a strict commitment to strip away the ego and act as a transparent conduit between the music and the audience.

Here, 20–30% of the sonic experience is strictly determined by the choice of medium and rigorous gain-staging ethics, what we at PAL define as the Sonic Margin (technically known as the Crest Factor). The artist does not demand your gaze; they operate not as an idol, but as a “Structural Operator” who completes the invisible architecture of the space. PAL operates exclusively as an agency for artists who hold the ultimate responsibility for sound delivery.
